Quality

Tested against its own datasheet before it ships.

Certification tells you a process exists. Per-unit calibration tells you this particular module met the number printed next to it. ERDI does both, in-house.

01 / Certification

  • ISO 9001:2015

    Quality management system

Certified design, production and quality-control process across every product line.

  • CE

    European conformity

Meets applicable EU health, safety and environmental protection requirements.

  • RoHS

    Restriction of Hazardous Substances

Free of the restricted substances covered by the EU RoHS directive.

  • FDA

    U.S. FDA laser product compliance

Meets FDA/CDRH requirements for laser products sold into the U.S. market.

  • IEC 60825-1

Laser product safety — Class 1

ERDI's 905 nm module lines are Class 1 eye-safe under IEC 60825-1: safe for use around people, no viewing restrictions.

  • MIL-STD-810G

Environmental engineering — shock & vibration

Modules are tested to MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration methods for field-grade durability.

02 / Manufacture

Vertically integrated, so the calibration is ours.

ERDI reinvests more than 15% of annual revenue into R&D. Production stays vertically integrated in-house — CNC machining, clean-room assembly and automated, per-unit calibration — so every module leaving the factory is tested against its published specification before it ships.
