Privacy Policy

What this site collects, why, and how it's handled. Short by design — the only personal data this site asks for is what a quote request needs.

01 / DATA

Information collected through this site

erdilrf.com collects personal data in one place: the quote request (RFQ) form, used on /contact/ and inline on product and application pages. Depending on which sections of the form you fill in, that can include your name, work email, company, country, the module you're interested in, and any purchase or engineering details you choose to share (target range, interface, environment, estimated quantity, project stage). The purchase-profile and engineering-requirements sections of the form are optional — we only receive what you enter.

A hidden anti-spam field ("honeypot") is included in the form; it is never shown to a real visitor and exists only to catch automated submissions. We also record the submitting IP address and timestamp with each request, for spam control and record-keeping.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels or third-party advertising scripts to build a profile of visitors. Standard web-server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, user agent) are retained briefly for security and performance troubleshooting, as with any web server.

02 / USE

How submitted information is used

Quote request data is used only to respond to your enquiry: to identify the right module, quote pricing and lead time, arrange samples, and follow up on technical or ordering questions. Submissions are stored privately in our site's admin system (not publicly accessible) and a notification is emailed to our sales inbox so a person can reply.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data collected through this site to third parties. We do not share it outside ERDI TECH LTD except where needed to fulfil your request (for example, courier or export-documentation handling for a sample shipment you've requested) or where required by law.

03 / COOKIES

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. WordPress may set a small number of strictly functional cookies if the site's comment or login features are used (they generally are not, on the public-facing pages); these are standard to the WordPress platform and are not used to track visitors across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing tommy@erdimail.com. Since the only data we hold is what you submit through the quote form, this is usually a quick request to fulfil.
